Friday – The Day of Expression

Developing the quality

of clarity

Clarity is a “masculine” fifth Chakra quality. There are two types of clarity: clarity as a sixth Chakra quality and clarity of the fifth Chakra. The first is a clarity of understanding and mental order; the second is our ability to clearly express our inner world. Clarity of expression arises from two ingredients: when we have no doubt what it is we want to express, and when we have no doubt what it is others need to hear from us. The 5th Chakra is the editor of our story: mercilessly cuts out unnecessary words, irrelevant additions, unclear statements, so that our statement would be sharp and to the point – not too much, not too little;
just enough so that our inner world would be realized and other people would receive the most important message we had to transmit. To develop this quality, we need to practice an exact expression that takes into account the most important thing we wish to convey and the most important thing others need to hear from us. We should ask ourselves before any important situation: what is necessary to be heard? How would the other receive the message from their world of needs?
